Donor360

Overview: 

Donor360 is an ethical e-commerce platform that provides a turnkey solution for charity fundraising. Donor360 and its sister-company, Bears for Humanity, needed someone to manage their websites,  connect with donors, and onboard fair-trade and organic brands to the website. Below is a small sampling of the writing work I did for them.

Case Studies

Project overview: 

In the early days of Donor360, we needed to showcase its capabilities to non-profit groups without a lot of data. We had identified PTAs and PTOs as an ideal market to break into. This was our first example of a PTA using our platform to fundraise. Although the numbers were humble, I highlighted the ease of use of our platform and the growth possibilities that would get other PTA members excited about working with us. 

Project Overview:

To stand out from our competitors during the launch of our Corporate Gifting options, we focused on our unique selling point: Impact Reports. These reports accompanied the gifts and emphasized the positive social and environmental contributions of brands and products included. To demonstrate the effectiveness of these Impact Reports. I developed a case study featuring the reports from the campaign, culminating in a beautifully interactive PDF.

Project Overview:

Donor360 Proposes a Joint Animal Conservation Project to Texas Teachers

We identified schools and school children as key groups to bring on board to the Donor360 platform as fundraising advocates for charities. To bring in our sister company, Bears for Humanity, which makes Fair Trade and Organic plushies for children, we proposed an Animal Conservation project that would benefit local and worldwide conservation organizations while educating children and fundraising with our BFH's plushies. We needed to align the curriculum with the TEKS standards, as our founder, Vijay Prathap presented this to Texas teachers. I created the course, ensured the materials aligned to TEKS standards, and wrote this presentation.

Blogs

Overview:

Donor360 offers a comprehensive fundraising solution catering to various stakeholders, including charities ethical brands, advocates, and donors. I developed a blog strategy aimed at addressing the of all these groups, complete with tags to facilitate their connection to relevant content. This blog specifically targets charities and advocates/consumers.

Overview: 

This blog targeted PTAs and PTOs, as we had identified them as a ideal market to capture. We released this blog at the same time as the Abintra Case Study to highlight the use for PTAs and PTOs. 

Overview: 

This blog targeted charities and advocates. We wanted to differntiate ourselves from popular fundraising partners, like Sees Candy. Showcasing how important it was to use ethical brands for fundraising was one of our main communication points. 

Emails & Marketing Campaigns

Project Overview:

We wanted to capture youth orchestras as another fundraising niche. A team member did direct outreach, and I created emails to offer continuing touch points, specific to their conversations and responses.
