A community is a group of people that chooses to grow together.
These are the people I want to meet.
I meet people. That is my thing. My biggest passion in life is story. Hearing others’ stories, making my own, creating fictional ones. The magical timelines that we create everyday fascinate me. The fact that I could start talking to you in the elevator and we could end up exchanging numbers, and then one day find ourselves discussing ‘old times’ whilst on the French Riviera 20 years from now, fascinates me.
I likeĀ to trace back how I came to know all the people I love. What events had to fall into place in the divine timing to bring you into my life? What beautiful orchestration did the universe compose to send us off into the path of co-creation together?
I got my first job at a waterpark in north Idaho. During that crazy time of self-discovery and expression, I met some of my best friends–people I still love deeply, think about a lot, and see when I can.
And things happen 10 years later that just make me marvel at the paths we’ve carved since coming into each other’s lives– two of the girls I met there ended up on a beach in Thailand with me, doing acro-yoga and exchanging Reiki. That is magic and I feel such gratitude for being able to create such beautiful memories with such beautiful creatures.
I love hearing other people’s stories. I love speaking from the heart and talkingĀ about soul stuff with someone I’ve just met…and someone I’ve known for decades. To share experience is the most beautiful thing. To learn from each other is the most important lesson. It’s impossible for one person to experience everything. Every insight we gain from another is a gift of magic.
And it’s medicine. It’s pure bliss to speak on something that pains you or embarrasses you or thrills you, when the person listening is truly hearing you, with everything in them. Those moments of openness and honesty are probably what has kept me out of a therapist’s office. Communion is one of the truly redeeming qualities of the human condition.
More and more the people I meet have opened their minds to the possibilities of the universe. I see people letting go of dogma, reaching for something higher than what is expected of the common masses, questioning the rhetoric that is thrown around internationally. I’ve met so many people who have expanded their consciousness and who are challenging me to expand mine.
I thank all of you. Every friend, every lover, every person I’ve had a conversation with who’s left an impression on my soul, you are my teachers and I’m so grateful.

Brilliant quote. What is community without growth and togetherness? I hope you’ll continue to shine your light in the communities you choose to grow in. x
Thank you! <3
